Exeter park planning secured
05 July 2021
STOFORD HAS secured reserved matters planning approval for the next stage of development at an industrial scheme at Exeter Logistics Park.
The property developer will construct two new units, including a c.55,000 sq ft parcel distribution service centre on behalf of a world-leading logistics company.
The modern, bespoke facility contains integral office space and has been designed to increase operational efficiency, minimising the number of vehicles required on site and reducing environmental footprint. It has the infrastructure in place to become fully electric in the future.
Stoford will speculatively develop a second unit of c. 28,500 sq ft, which is expected to operate as a conventionally designed facility, providing flexible warehouse space.
Work is expected to start this month (July 2021), with both new units functional by Q1 2022.
