Redsun Properties has secured planning permission for the second phase of its Vista mid box warehouse scheme in North Wales.

Flintshire Council approved plans for three warehouses of 30,000 ft2, 10,200 ft2, and 19,800 ft2 this week on the 5-acre second phase known as Vista2 at Hawarden Business Park. Phase 1 totalling 65,000 ft2 secured practical completion last month and is fully let.
Legat Owen and Cushman & Wakefield are joint agents for Vista.
