Food storage needs met

WEDNESBURY-BASED drinks company Purity Soft Drinks approached Spaciotempo as it needed to store raw materials in a dedicated central location to allow growth of finished goods and the production area.
The bespoke structure provider Spaciotempo provided Purity with a 30m by 25m chilled temporary warehouse on an 8m eave.
Purity Soft Drinks approached Spaciotempo with the request of more onsite storage space. It needed to store raw materials in a dedicated central location to allow growth of finished goods and the production area. Following the enquiry, Spaciotempo’s dedicated sales manager for that area, Adam, conducted a site visit and met with Purity’s ops director Richard. The visit highlighted that Purity had the space for a building and had an ideal concreate pad upon which the building could be built. With this in mind, Spaciotempo’s design department created a bespoke building which was then manufactured and installed.
Within 3 weeks, Spaciotempo installed a 30m by 25m chilled temporary warehouse on an 8m eave – the widest and tallest Neivalu structure it offers. To ensure the optimum temperature all year round for its raw ingredients, the building had a blackout thermo roof and 40mm insulated sandwich panel walls. It was also fitted with LED lights, an integrated guttering system, and a speed door.
“We wanted to go as big and as tall as we could possibly go. And we wanted this storage space to be as large as possible so that we could help future-proof our business by knowing that we have enough storage space for the foreseeable future,” explains Purity Soft Drinks operations director Richard Proctor.
“The service that Spaciotempo provided us with was second to none. Both the sales and installation teams were easy to work with, all I needed to do was quickly check in with them each day for an update. This meant I could fully focus on my work without having to worry about the installation at all. As for the building itself, the quality is excellent and although it may be classed as a temporary building, its structure and strength is fantastic. We’re looking forward to getting maximum use from it over the coming years,” concludes Richard.
