Gateway 4 scheme sees contractor appointed
21 January 2020
Trebor Developments and partner, Hillwood, have appointed Readie Construction as main contractor for their speculative “Gateway 4” scheme in Doncaster, which will deliver a state-of-the-art distribution centre.

Work on the site commences in February for completion in September 2020. The high-quality building is available on competitive leasehold terms.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor, said: “This is the largest, single, speculative building we are delivering from our current 3 million sq ft programme across the UK. We expect strong interest given the quality of location and building, with availability in Quarter 3, 2020.”
