Its manual design makes it suitable for light to medium volume packing operations and its compact sizing offers the ultimate table top sealing solution for small to medium distribution businesses across the country. This dispenser has been designed with time-saving in mind as its large water tank and fill chamber ensures water is always topped up. It’s also equipped with long and effective brushes which moisten and coat the tape quickly, thus eliminating the need for a water heater.

Packaging tape plays a pivotal part in safeguarding products throughout transit, gummed paper tape is an excellent option as it provides a tamper-evident, temperature tolerant solution that does not harm the environment. 

Kite Packaging has also added layer pads for dividers, strapping edge protectors and zip lock bags to its packaging portfolio.

One area that can prove pivotal in terms of packroom efficiency is in-the-box protection. For a lot of businesses, ensuring the optimisation of space inside boxes when packing is a no brainer. Kite introduced universal carton dividers earlier in the year and now to enable further segmentation, Kite’s team have introduced single wall carton layer pads. 

With so much emphasis on health and safety, users can sometimes strap their pallets too tight, causing damage to the load on the top row. Therefore Kite has also brought strapping edge protectors into the mix, a very low-cost solution that offers cost-effective protection in preserving palletised goods.

The employee-owned business has also added zip lock bags, a lightweight packaging solution for a range of products such as retail, cosmetics, electronics or travelling commodities. The bags are available in two specifications, a clear 70 micron LDPE material and a frosted 70 micron CPE.
