Horsham urban warehouse scheme secures planning

Developer Graftongate and joint venture partner Legal & General Investment Management’s (LGIM) Industrial Property Investment Fund (IPIF) have scured planning for a 100,000 ft2 urban warehsoue scheme in Horsham, West Sussex.

THE DEVELOPMENT will be built on a 6.2-acre site at Oakhurst Business Park in Southwater previously housing the RSPCA headquarters. The joint venture parterns aquired the plot from the RSPCA last year.
Axis 24, will comprise seven units ranging in size from circa 3,000 ft2 to circa 43,000 ft2, which will be built to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+.
Savills and Graves Jenkins are joint letting agents for the scheme.
