Increase safety around MHE
13 June 2022
POWERFLEET HAS launched VAI-100, a pedestrian and vehicle warning System.

It is an advanced artificial camera solution designed to help prevent accidents, thus improving safety around material handling equipment dramatically. Once a person and/or truck comes into the yellow warning or the red alert area, the operator is immediately notified of the potential hazard acoustically and visually. Pictures of the event are available for download (GDPR compliant). There is no need for wearables or tags.
The Pedestrian Warning System can be used by itself, but it is more effective in conjunction with the PowerFleet Enterprise Fleet Management System. PowerFleet Enterprise offers access control, electronic checklists, sophisticated impact management, usage data, automated reports and alerts, an optional visibility tool, all web-based and hosted in Europe. In combination with the pedestrian warning system, reports on area breaches and location of the events.
