Trebor Developments and Hillwood have secured detailed planning consent for major infrastructure works the 1.36 million ft2 Flagship Park industrial and logistics park in Peterborough.

WORKS TO prepare the site will continue throughout 2024. The scheme can accommodate units from 30,000 to 850,000 ft2.
The units are expected to be delivered in both speculative phases and pre let/sales to tenants. Further reserved matters planning applications are expected to be submitted during 2024.
Bidwells and Savills are retained as joint letting agents acting for Trebor, Hillwood, and the Church Commissioners for England.
