The cereal giant has signed an agreement with developer Bericote for Haydock525, a 525,600 sq ft speculative warehouse.

The 91-acre site, formerly Florida Farm, is near junction 23 of the M6, next to an Amazon warehouse and was developed by Bericote in conjunction with Hillwood.
The Haydock site will be Kellogg’s largest warehouse in the UK and the manufacturer will move in this April.
