Marks and Spencer takes Milton Keynes warehouse

Logicor has let MK360 to Marks and Spencer following the comprehensive refurbishment of the Grade A 360,214 sq ft distribution unit.
The facility has 12m clear eaves height and a 55m deep yard. Marks and Spencer plc has signed a 10-year lease on the warehouse which will serve its M&S Food division.
