THE FACT that Meridian 6 which totals 45-acres has outline planning for the space as well as detailed planning consent for access, as well as a signed Section 106 Agreement means a shortened development period. Initial infrastructure can be implemented from the point of acquisition.
All mains services including a 4 MVA power have been secured and up to 23 MVA power is available if required.
Speaking about Meridian 6, selling agent Gerald Eve’s Jason Print said: “The opportunity for developers to acquire this site with planning is unique in the market at the moment. This, coupled with the fact that there is good occupational demand in the immediate area, makes it an extremely attractive investment and development proposition.”
Meridian 6 is adjacent to South Lancs Industrial Estate and is located within two miles of M6 J24 and 2.4miles of M6 J23/A580.
