LOCATED OFF North Perimeter Road, the scheme, to be known as Hub50, marks Redsun’s second phase at its Knowsley Hub development.
The building will have 12.5m eaves, three dock and two level access doors and a secure self-contained 40m yard. It will be built to a BREEAM Very Good rating.
Redsun Projects director Nick Wightman, said: "We were extremely encouraged by the high level of interest we received in phase one and this sustained occupier demand has given us the confidence to push forward with a second phase. We will look to start on site towards the end of this year once planning consent is secured."
