Developer Redsun Projects has secured planning permission for Hub50, a new 50,000 ft2 industrial building at Knowsley Business Park in the Northwest.

THE PROPERTY will be built on a three-acre site that was acquired from Knowsley Council following the successful delivery of the first phase of the park which comprised 50,000 ft2 of trade counter units..
This property will market Redsun’s second phase at its Knowsley Hub development with work expected to start in Q3 2024.
B8 and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting gents for the scheme.
