Planning win for Midlands Midbox scheme

Clowes Developments has won planning permission for a midbox scheme at Castle Donington in the East Midlands.

PLANNING WAS granted for the 20-acre Stud Brook Business Park which will see the construction of five units ranging in size from 1,500 to 45,000 ft2.
The mixed-use scheme will include employment, amenity, office, and industrial units for sale or let.
Roe Developments has been named as the lead contractor to build the scheme. And is expected on site this month with practical completion date set for Q3 2024.
