Online and catalogue business products company Poole Bay Holdings has taken another warehouse in Poole to help expand the business.

THE COMPANY has taken a new 10-year lease on a 41,000 ft2 plus second hand warehouse on 22 Broom Road, which it will use for expanded manufacturing and distribution facilities to support its growth plans.
The property marketed by real estate consultancy Vail Williams has 9,415 ft2 first floor offices and a 34,736 ft2 warehouse with 6m eaves. The property has an EPC B rating. A recent deal on the property next door revealed rent levels in the region of £6.95 per ft2.
Poole Bay Holdings, which employs more than 200 staff, was founded 23 years ago. It receives more than 300,000 orders annually, ranging from £5 to £500,000 for either off-the-peg or bespoke products.
