THE SCHEME by Bloom Developments delivers 35,417 ft2 of Grade A, purpose-built, industrial space at 146-156 Brixton Hill and 5/6 Waterworks Road and is the second development to complete in central London for Bloom’s ultra-urban joint venture with TPG Angelo Gordon.
The development has achieved BREEAM Excellent, EPC A+ status for all units, which range in size from 3,910 ft2 to 11,112 ft2 and can be combined to offer up to 23,000 ft2 across a single unit.
All the units have renewable energy from roof mounted solar PV panels and each unit features EV charging points. There is operational space across the ground and first floors, with 2 tonne goods lift access and self-contained yards.
Joint letting agents on the scheme are Cogent Real Estate and Levy Real Estate.
