Practical completion for Oldham warehouses

A speculative warehouse scheme in Oldham has reached practical completion and is now being marketed for sale or rent.

THE SCHEME known as Cobalt 2 is located on Oldham Broadway Business Park in Chadderton and consists of two units of 61,500 ft2 and 43,250 ft2 that have been built to a BREEAM Very Good and an EPC A rating by developer Marshall CDP.
The larger unit known as Unit 1 has 12m eaves, four dock loading doors , 3,000 ft2 of offices and 76 car parking spaces, Unit 2 has 10m eaves, three dock doors, 2,500 ft2 of internal offices and 43 car parking spaces.
Joint agents, Savills and Davies Harrison Real Estate are marketing the units for sale or lease and are quoting rents from £9.50 - £9.75 per ft2.
