Revolution Transport Services takes Warrington warehouse
11 May 2020
Lambert Smith Hampton has leased Homes England’s 116,995 sq ft industrial facility at 27 Leacroft Road near Warrington to Revolution Transport Services on a 10 year lease.

Logistics solutions provider Revolution Transport Services has taken the warehouse as an additional unit to its main facility as the company expands.
27 Leacroft Road is a modern single-storey warehouse with an extensive yard in the Risley Employment Area. Its proximity to both the M6 and the M62 provides excellent access to the UK’s regional and national motorway networks.
Guy Jackson, director – industrial at Lambert Smith Hampton, said: “Location and timing were critical for Revolution Transport. We were able to provide the unit for the company quickly, in a location as close as possible to their existing site.
“This letting is also testimony that demand is still strong in the big box sector, where we are now seeing businesses take a more strategic view and developers actively building speculative units in the region to meet the continued demand, even in these un-certain times.”
