Rockwell Automation completes acquisition of Clearpath

THE COMPANY acquired Clearpath Robotics, a leader in autonomous robotics, including the division featuring OTTO Motors autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) for industrial applications.
Rockwell Automation chairman and CEO Blake Moret, says: “Rockwell is simplifying and transforming the difficult yet critical function of material handling throughout the manufacturing plant with an end-to-end production logistics solution.”
