The newly refurbished building consists of a 24,440 ft2 distribution warehouse incorporating 4,000 ft2 of offices and has secured an EPC A rating. It has 8m eaves, 18 level access doors as well as 15% roof lights. It had been marketed with a rent of £12.50 per ft2 through joint agents CBRE and Bidwells.

Mitchell & Ness is investing millions in renovating Building 1000 before moving out of its current 16,786 ft2 facility. The fit out will include a steel-based mezzanine, consisting of a value-added services area and sample rooms, along with a new showroom. The distribution facility is expected to be fully operational by February, while the offices will be completed by April 2024.
