THE SITE totals 5.4-acres and is located on the Stour Business Park just off the A143 on part of the former Karro Foods complex and recently won planning consent for open storage. It is immediately available to let either as a whole or in two parts.
It is in two level regular shape platforms, mainly laid to concrete, with partial type 1 surfacing, and with a tarmac car park. The whole site is securely fenced and gated and has access to mains services.
The landlord would also consider upgrading the specification of the site to include, for example, additional fully concreted areas, to suit an occupiers’ requirements.
