Super Smart secures Stafford shed

In its second major deal of the summer Chinese ecommerce logistics provider CIRRO Fulfillment, trading as Super Smart Service, has taken another 340,000 ft2 plus shed in the Midlands.

THE COMPANY is reported to have signed a 15 year lease on Peel Logistics Property’s 345,039 ft2 speculative warehouse at Stone Business Park in Stafford in the West Midlands.

In June Logistics Matters reported that the company had taken NFU and Ergo joint venture Aver’s 354,000 ft2 warehouse at Fradley Park, Lichfield.

The new facility in Stone, known as PLP Stafford, has18m eaves, 323,083 ft2 of warehouse space and 20,000 ft2 of offices, with 28 dock and four level access doors. It also benefits from a secure service yard up to 67m deep with parking spaces for 70 HGVs, 312 car parking spaces and 5 MVA power supply. It was built to a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating. It meets carbon neutral and carbon net zero standards, in line with the UK Green Building Council’s Net Zero Buildings framework. It was built speculatively on a 17-acre site in 2022.
