ERGO FRADLEY 354, was developed in conjunction with Prologis, and built to achieve a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A rating.
CIRRO Fulfillment Europe’s Head of Business Development Charles Lu said: "This expansion enhances our warehousing capacities, alleviates regional storage capacity pressures, and better serves the growing demands of the e-commerce market."
This is CIRRO’s 15th facility in the UK. The company was particularly acquisitive through 2020 – 2022 taking some 900,000 ft2 in a number of buildings in the Midlands but by 2023 after the pandemic it had sublet four units in Worcester, Lichfield, Burton, and Cannock through joint agents Avison Young and Harris Lamb. In May the company’s 372,000 ft2 warehouse at Kingswood Business Park Cannock, which it opened in 2019 was destroyed by fire.
JLL, Cushman & Wakefield and DTRE acted for Aver Property while Avison Young represented CIRRO Fulfillment.
Following the completion of the Fradley deal, Aver has successfully completed more than 750,000 ft2 of letting transactions since the start of 2024.
