Swindon spec build estate launches

Canmoor Swindon has launched its speculative development of seven warehouses in Swindon, totaling 293,464 sq ft.
Agents JLL and Whitmarsh Lockhart have pre-let 84,763 sq ft to DHL with a further 22,674 sq ft under offer, meaning 37% is prelet prior to practical completion.
Located two miles from Junction 15 of the M4, Ignition has leasehold units available from 20,144 sq ft to 74,248 sq ft, with planning consent for B1(c), B2 and B8 uses. The units have eaves heights of 8-12 metres, dock and level access loading doors, allocated parking spaces and office space.

- Unit 2 – 34,178 sq ft
- Unit 3 – 20,144 sq ft
- Unit 4 – 22,674 sq ft (under offer)
- Unit 5 – 26,107 sq ft
- Unit 6 – 84,763 sq ft (pre-let to DHL)
- Unit 7 – 65,341 sq ft
Also available are design and build opportunities up to 200,000 sq ft on Phase 2, to be let on competitive terms.
