Timber company leases northwest warehouse

Structural timer component manufacturer and distributor James Donaldson Timber has taken a warehouse at FI Real Estate’s Botany Bay Business Park scheme in Chorley Lancashire.

THE DEAL sees the first lettings on the £220 million scheme with James Donaldson Timber taking both Unit F and Unit G totalling some 110,000 ft2.
The scheme totals 405,386 ft2 over 21 acres and provides 33 units in sizes ranging from 1,300 – 158,000 ft2.
Letting agent is DTRE.
