Two new lettings at iPort

Pan-European logistics real estate specialist Verdion has secured two new occupiers taking a total of 414,829 ft2 of logistics space at its 800-acre iPort multimodal logistics hub just outside Doncaster in South Yorkshire.

MORAN LOGISTICS has taken unit iP7 totalling 166,872 ft2 which has 15m eaves, 17 HGV bays, 7,880 ft2 of offices and welfare space as well as a 315+kVa power provision at a rent believed to be around at £7.75 per ft2. While a cable distribution company has taken iP10, totalling 259,286 ft2 at a rent believed to be around £7.50 per ft2. The new unit offers 247,957 sq ft of distribution space with 15m clear height and 40 HGV bays, 11,329 sq ft of offices and welfare and 500+kVa power. Both buildings are certified BREEAM Excellent and EPC A.
CBRE advised Verdion on the letting of iP7 and Bishop Property Consultants advised Moran Logistics. While GV&Co advised Verdion on the letting of iP10 and PHD Property Advisory acted for the cable distributor.
There are three further buildings for immediate occupation ranging from 58,879 ft2 – 330,104 ft2 as well as two development-ready sites are allocated for build-to-suit opportunities, with a maximum size at iP4 of 42.73 acres with scope to accommodate a cross-dock distribution facility up to 846,250 ft2 deliverable in 12 months from contract.
GV&Co, CBRE and Colliers are the retained leasing agents for iPort.
