Warehouse undergoes £500k upgrade

A warehouse in Ellesmere Port in the Northwest is undergoing a £500,000 upgrade to make it more appealing to prospective operators.

THE NEW owner of the 46,150 ft2 Pacific Building in Ellesmere Port is currently undertaking major internal and external upgrade works to meet the demands of a modern operator.
Legat Owen director Mark Diaper, who is letting agent on the building said: “Good quality warehouse and industrial stock such as that proposed for The Pacific Building is a rare opportunity, especially in this area.”
It will be available for occupation in Q3 2023 at a rent of £3.95 per ft2.
The property is in the heart of Ellesmere Port and strategically located less than five minutes from Junctions 9 and 10 of the M53. It is within easy reach of Ellesmere Port Town Centre and Cheshire Oaks.
