THE COMPANY agreed a ten-year lease with Onward Holdings to take the 63,980 ft2 refurbished warehouse at Good Hope Close, located close to Junction 31 of the M62 motorway to facilitate the expansion of its operations and to meet increased demand.
The property benefits from a significant 2 MVA power supply and has an 11m eaves height to apex. The warehouse also benefits from generous yard capacity.
Apelson will use the warehouse for the distribution of white goods, including kitchen hoods, hobs and other spare parts. Its office function will also be incorporated into the unit.
Onward acquired the former Tri-Wire manufacturing site in 2022 and completed a renovation of the property to create a modern warehouse with associated two storey offices.
