Yorkshire warehouse scheme reaches PC

THE MILESTONE marks the end of the development phase of its first logistics portfolio less than two years on from its acquisition.

Sherburn42 contains four standalone Grade A industrial units ranging from 57,750 ft2 to 280,000 ft2 and was part of a portfolio of seven development sites totalling 3.1 million ft2 acquired from Firethorn Trust for £550 million in March 2022

The site is being delivered by Firethorn Trust on behalf of Cain. Colliers, Lambert Smith Hampton and Carter Towler are acting as lettings agents.
