Component storage provided

A SWISS-based construction company contacted HTS TENTIQ as it needed a prefabricated warehouse for component storage.

After researching a few temporary warehouse manufacturers on the internet, the construction company selected HTS TENTIQ after developing a good working relationship with the firm. HTS TENTIQ was able to provide expert advice promptly and the client was pleased with the high level of service.

HTS TENTIQ designed and installed a premium prefabricated warehouse building with insulated sandwich panel roof and walls. The 25m by 28m temporary building met the following specifications:

  • Custom warehouse with 7.20m eave height
  • Bay distance: 4m
  • Roller shutter and personnel doors
  • Internal lighting
  • Guttering system
  • 18° roof pitch
  • Snow load: 150kg/m2
  • Wind speed: 0.9 kN2

The insulated roof features a specially-designed 3m overhang along one side of the entire warehouse, providing storage space for extra stock which is stored externally for easy access.

In selecting a prefabricated warehouse, the client benefited from much faster manufacturing and installation times when compared with a traditional steel framed structure. A temporary building is much more affordable than a steel building. Initial enquiry to installation took just 10 weeks. The client also avoided the time and cost investment associated with traditional foundations.
