Delivery lockers for online shoppers

Shoppers will have access to over 500 locker locations nationwide through which unwanted purchases can be returned.

ByBox provides locker services for online shoppers to receive and return parcels for when home delivery or ordinary postal service is impractical or impossible. This is set to streamline the ASOS returns process, thanks to convenient placement at sites such as local supermarkets, shopping centres, high streets and petrol stations. Customers simply book their delivery (at no charge) through myByBox.com, print out a label and return it to their local ByBox locker for collection.

As the eCommerce landscape continues to grow, having the flexibility to provide customers with a large selection of delivery and returns options is becoming ever more important, especially as consumers lives become ever-more time pressured.
