Returns made easier
CollectPlus has rolled out its Print in Store service to Returns customers. Customers who do not have access to a printer can return their online shopping to a growing roster of retailers by printing their Returns label at their local CollectPlus store.
The launch follows the roll-out of Print in Store for the CollectPlus Send service in 2017.
To make the Print in Store service for Returns easier for customers to access, CollectPlus has built an integration with Amazon Alexa that enables customers to order their Returns label entirely through the Alexa app’s voice activation technology. To use the industry-leading service, customers simply tell Alexa the name of the retailer they wish to make a return to. The device will then send a barcode to the customer’s phone, along with a link to the Store Locator tool to help them find their nearest CollectPlus store.
This innovation was developed in collaboration with technology returns start-up Clicksit, which specialises in fast track innovation processes for customer returns. Launch clients for this service include Sky, Very, Littlewoods and Very Exclusive with more brands being added.
Stephen Ireland, operations manager at Sky comments: “It’s fantastic to be the first brand in the UK to offer this ultra-convenient service to our customers wishing to recycle, return or replace their Sky equipment. Here at Sky we place great value on providing outstanding customer experience. By offering this latest innovation, we are making it even easier for Sky customers to enjoy our world-class entertainment.”
