Rolling on Interroll

The Interroll Group is launching its new customer programme emphasising the importance of high quality components with partners, system integrators and OEMs.

The programme is designed to raise awareness among customers of how important high-quality key components are for machine and plant engineering.

Medium-sized plant and machinery construction companies in particular are struggling with ever-growing competition and ever tighter project deadlines in today’s market environment. Here, they rely on the delivery reliability and product quality that Interroll offers. And this is now being expressed in the quality seal “Rolling On Interroll.”

Jens Karolyi, SVP of corporate marketing & culture for Interroll Group, cexplains: “Many customers have been counting on us for years, if not decades, and trust the quality of our products. With “Rolling On Interroll,” we want them to benefit from our expertise even more. This could be by participating in training courses at our academy, joint workshops with our product managers or further benefits that they are familiar with from other loyalty programmes. This programme is mainly intended for medium-sized OEMs and system integrators who use our products in mission-critical applications out of conviction.”

Each individual component is crucial to the availability and functionality of a machine. Nevertheless, there are key components such as rollers and drives that are more mission-critical than other parts. For instance, a drum motor in a meat processing machine is only a small component in relation to the entire system; however it is absolutely critical with respect to throughput and availability.

Rolling On Interroll is aimed at helping customers for whom Interroll products represent a critical success factor in their systems to make the higher value of the entire system that is achieved by using high-quality products more transparent.

This strategic programme underscores Interroll’s business model as a neutral provider of key products for internal logistics with open platforms and a strong partner for plant and machinery construction companies worldwide.
