New version of fleet management software boosts safety

Like all I.D. Systems management solutions, Expert focuses on increasing safety, meeting compliance requirements, optimising productivity and efficiency, and reducing the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

In addition to its basic functionalities such as access control, electronic safety checklists, impact sensors, tailor-made reporting and analysis tools, the new system solution impresses with the simple and cost-reduced management of your vehicle fleet. Expert is offered as a SaaS solution, hosted in Germany, so no local IT resources or servers are required. Fleet operators and fleet managers simply log into the web-based "Infomatics" software and get a comprehensive overview over their vehicles, usage and downtime, impacts, vehicle operators, maintenance intervals, speeding, and more. Data communication and data synchronisation between the vehicle hardware and the management software takes place in real time and automatically via Wi-Fi.

PowerFleet Expert is the modular extension to I.D. Systems' entry level fleet management PowerFleet Essence. Essence is the autonomous App-based (downloadable from the iOS App Store) solution which is ideal for small forklift fleets. If the fleet grows, Essence can easily be upgraded to PowerFleet Expert without changing the vehicle hardware, another plus for using the PowerFleet Fleet Management family of I.D. Systems.
