Food ingredient company secures Stafford shed

Specialist Food ingredient manufacturer and distributor FDL has taken a 76,908 ft2 warehouse at Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual joint venture Aver Property’s ErgoStafford scheme in the West Midlands.

The firm has agreed to a 15-year lease of Unit 1 of the site, located approximately 1 mile from Junction 14 of the M6 motorway. The property has 10m eaves, six dock and two level access doors, a 50kn/m2 floor loading and a 50m yard.
Unit 2, which consists of 66,628 ft2 is currently still available with Savills and Harris Lamb acting as joint agents. Both units boast a steel portal frame construction with profile clad elevations and insulated profile clad roofs and are completed to a high quality sustainable specification, targeting an EPC Rating of A and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
