1.2 million ft2 industrial and logistics space for Derby

Outline proposals for a 1.6 million ft2 business park which will include 1.2 million ft2 of industrial and logistics space in Derby have been recommended for approval.

INFINITY PARK Derby LLP and Rolls-Royce have brought forward outline proposals to Derby City Council to develop a business park on a 120-acre site at Infinity Park Derby, which is an employment park located near to the existing manufacturing facilities of Rolls Royce, Toyota, JCB, Alstom and Oregon.
Plans are for roughly 1.2 million ft2 of logistics and light industrial space plus research and development and offices, along with hotel, public house, and café facilities.
Infinity Park Derby is a collaboration between Derby City Council, the Harpur Crewe Estate, Rolls-Royce and developers Cedar House, Wilson Bowden and Peveril Securities.
