Cirro Fulfillment secures another Midlands warehouse
Chinese ecommerce logistics provider CIRRO Fulfillment, trading as Super Smart Service, has snapped up a 354,000 ft2 plus warehouse in the East Midlands – its 15th in the Midlands alone.

THE busy ecommerce 3PL has taken Panattoni’s 345,284 ft2 warehouse at Panattoni Park J28 Central M1 on a 15 year lease and will use the facility space to enhance its operational capacity in the East Midlands, creating around 300 new jobs in the region and contributing £8 million to the economy.
Cirro works with partners such as Royal Mail, Yodel, Hermes, China Post, and DPD to process and dispatch parcels for e-commerce retailers including eBay and Amazon.
The new property has 326,975 ft2 of warehsoue space and 11,216 ft2 of two strey Grade A office space as well as a two storey hub office of 4,994 ft2. The warehouse has 15m eaves and 32 dock and four level access doors. It has parking for 49 HGVs and 291 cars.
The acquisitive 3PL is thought to have secured some 1 million ft2 of warehouse space in the last six months.
