Distributor secures High Wycombe warehouse
Full-service distributor RH Amar has pre-let a 94,756 ft2 warehouse at Railpen’s 380,000 ft2 High Wycombe X scheme in Hertfordshire in the South east.

THE COMPANY, already based in the town, will become the scheme’s anchor occupier.
The £30m development, formerly known as Castle Estate on the Cressex Business Park, secured planning permission in December 2023 and is being brought forward by Wrenbridge.
The scheme comprises six units ranging from 19,580 ft2 to 114,736 ft2 built net zero carbon in construction to target BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+ rating.
High Wycombe X joins Railpen’s growing portfolio of X-branded industrial parks, which include Dartford X and Waltham X, and a fourth site in South Mimms.
