eDelivery conference signs up big retail names
The inaugural eDelivery Conference on 13th October at the Novotel in Hammersmith will focus on operational complexities and logistics solutions.
Companies confirmed as providing speakers include Shop Direct, Wayfair, LEGO, Made.com, M&S, SuperGroup, Sainsbury’s, Home Retail Group and luxury fashion retailer Joseph.
As eCommerce growth within retail has been enabled by click and collect and cross-channel capabilities, the focus with multichannel retail has turned to the logistics, operations and supply chain professionals ‘behind the buy button’, says the event organisers.
They say the conference will provide a better understanding of different stages within the delivery process, such as Supply Chain, Warehouse Management and Operations, Logistics and Customer Service, through the best practices and solutions developed by companies in the field.
