Europa wins big Gold in ‘Golden Triangle’ awards

The company takes home the award for Health, Safety & Wellbeing, as well as the coveted Big Logistics Company of the Year.

Welfare

As well as taking home the big prize this year, Europa Warehouse in Corby has been recognised for how seriously it takes the ongoing welfare of its team.                   

For example, in the last two years, it has developed initiatives like the Safety Bucks and Safety Cup challenges, which are internal competitions recognising individuals who go the extra mile to ensure that everyone works safely and responsibly – an important part of Europa’s Values. 

The Judging panel commented: “Europa demonstrated some great initiatives across the site to the benefit of all employees. Scale and design of this company’s has been set up with great employee engagement, covering so much of their activity. A standout winner for the judges this year.”
