EXCLUSIVE: Dusk secures third Yorkshire warehouse
Luxury online furniture retailer Dusk.com has secured a third warehouse in Yorkshire after snapping up EQT Exeter’s 279,322 ft2 First Point warehouse in Doncaster.

THE DEAL saw the retailer take on the fully fitted warehouse leaving virtually no void between it moving in and former tenant online bathroom retailer Victoria Plum moving out.
The property comprises a fully fitted, modern distribution warehouse, totalling 279,323 ft2 with fitted racking for 37,382 pallet spaces, in racking sprinklers and LED lighting. The warehouse has 23 dock and four level access doors as well as 14m eaves, a 50m yard and 500KvA of power. It has 10,306 ft2 of two stroey Grade A offices as well as 3,579 ft2 of staff welfare space and a separate 539 ft2 gate house.
First Point is located at J3 M18 in Doncaster, approximately 21 miles north-east of Sheffield, 38 miles south-east of Leeds and 43 miles north of Nottingham.
On line bathroom retailer Victoria Plum was acquired by similarly named rival Victoria Plumbing last year. Operations at the Doncaster warehouse were moved to parent company Victoria Plumbing’s 544,000 ft2 warehouse and headquarters in Leyland, Lancashire in December 2024.
