Fast Logistics secures Brackmills base
Middle East freight and logistics company Fast Logistics has secured a 164,000 ft2 warehouse and office base in Brackmills in Northampton.

THE INTERNATIONAL freight and cargo company has taken an assignment of a lease expiring in February 2028 on The Pallet Network’s warehouse known as Brackmills 163.
The property was let on a ten year lease to TPN in 2018. It had a passing rent of £6.50 per ft2 but was due a rent review in February last year. It consists of a 146,405 ft2 warehouse with 17,502 ft2 two storey offices. It has 12m eaves as well as 18 dock and three level access doors and an EPC C rating.
Joint letting agents were DTRE and Cushman & Wakefield.
