Furniture wholesaler takes Leeds shed
Furniture wholesaler Aspire Furniture, has secured a new facility to support expansion in Leeds, West Yorkshire.

THE COMPANY has signed a three year lease on 56,400 ft2 of warehouse space at Towngate’s Copperworks 2 warehouse in Stourton, Leeds.
The company provides a large-scale design, manufacturing, and whitelabelling service with a curated off-the-shelf range via Aspire Store, for sirect customer as well as major retailers such as NEXT, Dunelm, Argos and Furniture Village. Last year it had a turnover of some £22 million.
The new facility has 9.5m eaves, multiple ground-level loading doors, secure gated entry, plus ample parking and loading space. It is located close to Aspire’s manufacturing facility in Leeds
GV&Co and Knight Frank acted for Towngate.
