Manufacturers choose London Gateway
TWO MANUFACTURERS have chosen to locate at the London Gateway Logistics Park, part of the Thames Freeport.
Ranson, a Belgian food and catering products business, and Destiny Entertainments, which imports and modifies audio and video products, will move to the Freeport in Q1 2024. The two units, which will make up The Campus site, will have a combined total of more than 100,000 sq ft.
The Campus building has been awarded an advanced BREEAM Outstanding rating, Planet Mark Accreditation and EPC rating ‘A’. It will also feature 20% PV.
Ranson will take Unit A (50,202 sq ft), and Destiny Entertainments will take Unit B (52,764 sq ft).
