Master Distribution secures Milton Keynes midbox warehouse
3PL Master Distribution has snapped up PLP’s MK37 unit at its 2.2 million ft2 PLP Milton Keynes scheme in Buckinghamshire.

THE LOCAL distributor part of the Pallet Network is believed to have secured the 37,374 ft2 property on a 10 year lease.
The unit part of a terrace of three boasts 34,997 ft2 of warehsoue space as well as 2,377 ft2 of offices. It has 8m eaves, one dock and four level access doors, 40m yard and a 50kn/m2 floor loading. It has been built to achieve an EPC A rating.
