Specialist beauty 3PL BDM Logistics and Management has taken a lease on a 146,000 ft2 warehouse at Oxenwood’s 426,000 ft2 Power Park Nottingham scheme in the East Midlands.

THE FACILITY known as Unit 1 will complement BDM Logistics and Management’s existing operations in East London, providing additional capacity for storage and distribution.
It has 139,094 ft2 of warehouse space as well as 7,227 ft2 of two storey offices. It has 15m eaves, 14 dock and four level access doors as well as a 55m yard. It also has a 2Mva power provision. The unit has a BREEAM Very Good and EPC A rating.
BDM chose Power Park for its high-quality design, strategic location, and the detached nature of the site. It is ideally situated close to both the M1 motorway and the rail network at Nottingham City Centre.
