Stakapal buys Redirack assets and IP from administrator
Stakapal has bought the assets and full intellectual property (IP) rights of Redirack, which entered administration in January.
Redirack was based in Mexborough, South Yorkshire and started UK production in 1974.
When the company went into administration, the RediGroup Chairman Phil Culling said: “This is a very sad day for our customers, suppliers and from a personal view point the 89 people that were made redundant.”
