Medium to slow-moving, small to medium-sized parts are stored in the Shuttle units, which, in total store over 40,000 products in a space of 250m2. This compares very favourably with the legacy approach, which would have required 450m2 to store the 7,000 products that would make up a typical year's catalogue additions.
Flowtech, a leading fluid power component stockist, releases a new catalogue every year containing an additional 5,000 to 10,000 products.
