To meet constant demands for more function at a lower price the company had gone worldwide in its search for a manufacturer of rugged, reliable feature rich hand-held computers, at half the price of some suppliers. The Navista 60 is the end result of the company's endeavours.
At under £600 including WiFi wireless communications, a touch screen and an industry standard barcode scanner it offers, says ATMS, exceptional value for money. A range of options is available including RFID (for electronic reading of tags up to 2m away) to GPS for location Automated material handling systems supplier, Knapp, will be showing its wide range of solutions With a portfolio of products ranging from a single plastic container to a high bay fully automated warehousing system, the SSI Schaefer team will be on hand to discuss its latest product range with some new and exciting developments - including the new ECOfresh folding crate to keep food fresh over long distances.
SSI Schaefer developed the ECOfresh crate following demand to keep perishable food, particularly fruit and vegetables, fresh during what is often a lengthy logistics process. The plastic container is robust but light, and its quick and easy folding mechanism reduces volume levels by 86%. Stand 159 recording.
The unit can hold a standard mobile phone SIM card for remote communication of data and speech.
