The GNB Industrial Power division of Exide Technologies has been awarded certification for BT products by Toyota Material Handling Europe AB (TMHE). The TMHE supplier certification programme seeks to improve quality

The GNB Industrial Power division
of Exide Technologies has been
awarded certification for BT
products by Toyota Material
Handling Europe AB (TMHE).
The TMHE supplier certification programme seeks to improve quality and on-time delivery, to share technology, to establish a long-term and stable relationship with a few suppliers, and to reduce costs. This award will also be the basis for a further cooperation between GNB and TMHE.
"We are proud that we could expand and intensify our cooperation with the world market leader of materials handling vehicles, despite the current difficult economic situation," said Lars Algarden, key account manager, Exide Technologies AB. "We are looking forward to continuing to work in partnership with TMHE and helping them achieve their goals in delivery, quality, environment and cost management. These aims correspond perfectly with our aims." This recognition is linked to the earlier signed two-year contract with TMHE AB for the supply of batteries for materials handling vehicles.
